We are following the state and CDC’s recommended guidelines to help keep our employees and customers safe.
Please remember that most of these changes are temporary, but your health and safety is our #1 priority.
Precautionary Measures in the Gallery:
- All students, staff, and shoppers are required to wear a face mask or facial covering.
- All students, staff, and shoppers are required to use hand sanitizer upon entry.
- Masks are required for shoppers, as per city ordinance.
- For those who cannot wear a mask, you can shop online or call for a virtual shopping appointment, but masks are required inside of the store.
- Exemplary cleaning and disinfecting practices will be performed by our staff.
- We are minimizing shared surfaces during transactions.
- Workers and customers must practice safe social distancing.
- Please do NOT touch the artwork.
- Normally, we encourage guests to interact with our artwork, but for the time being, we ask that you look with your eyes only.
- A max of 10 customers will be allowed in the store at one time.
- If we are at max capacity, staff will monitor the entrances.
Precautionary Measures in our Studios:
-
As an additional safety precaution for our staff, we are asking all of our students if they’ve had any new or recent symptoms related to COVID-19 and will also conduct a quick surface temperature check to ensure you are not running a fever. If you have any symptoms or are running a high temperature, you will be unable to participate in the class and we will reschedule the class for a later date or issue a full refund.
- All students will have their temperature taken (contact-free temperature laser) before class.
- All classes will be private to your own group. (Max of 6 people in the Flamework Studio and 3 people in the Hot Shop.)
- Due to the nature of our work, we are fortunate to have an advanced ventilation system that could help keep us safer from airborne hazards.
We ask that our customers wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the store, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling sick.
